For more than three decades, I have worked in psychiatry helping people navigate the challenges of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Throughout my career in Community Mental Health Centers in Minnesota and Ohio, I have seen how deeply these conditions can affect daily life. Those experiences shaped the way I approach care today: thoughtfully, patiently, and with a focus on finding better ways to support long-term mental wellness.

Over time, I began looking beyond traditional medication-based treatments. While medication can help many people, it is not always enough on its own.
